⚫ If the report hasn't been received, including checking spam and junk folders, and the customer reports the issue within 48 hours, we will promptly refund their payment.
⚫ If any errors are found in the report and the customer reports them within 48 hours, we will initiate a refund of their payment.
⚫ If a customer reports within 48 hours that a transaction was not authorized by them, we will conduct verification by comparing the email account used for requesting the report with the one used for payment. If the accounts match, no refund will be issued; otherwise, we will proceed with a refund of the payment.
